Welcome to our humble little photography page.

Photography is one of our many hobbies, and probably one of our most expensive hobby since we stopped using the small, easy-to-carry, point-and-shoot cameras. We opted to go with the Canon 5D Mark II camera body, and have since been collecting lenses, filters and other accessories.

We sincerely enjoy taking pictures. However, photography is not our full-time job, so we are often limited to subjects that are in or surrounding our home, unless we go traveling. Yet, we’ve been delightfully surprised at the simple beauty that’s around us but never had the chance to discover them until now.

One of the most important aspect of photography is the ability to capture a moment in time that becomes a memory as soon as that shutter clicks. It is our goal to record these fleeting moments and share them with this cyberspace that we sometimes refer to as, ‘our world’.

We love taking pictures of everything, and some of the photos you’ll find on our site are: nature and landscape, events we attend or partake in, food, travels, and last but not least our four-legged daughter, Mochi (aka Shiba Inu). You’ll also find, if available, reviews of camera accessories we’ve used or are using.

We hope you’ll enjoy your stay! We are still learning and experimenting with photography, so we welcome any comments, suggestions and constructive criticisms.
